Are you hydrated?

As the days heat up, we need to be mindful of staying well hydrated, especially on hot

and humid days. Beat the heat with some of these hydration tips!


  • Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Add some lemon or lime to it.

  • Add a pinch of sea salt to your water.

  • Invest in a quality water and take your water with you.

  • Sip your water throughout the day.

  • Add electrolytes to your water.

  • Eat hydrating foods like fruits and vegetables.

  • Limit caffeine.

  • End your day off with another glass of water before bed.
