As we approach the spring season, we look forward to the many changes that come with this season. Spring is often associated with renewal, growth, spring cleaning, vibrant colours and growth. Here are some tips for a spring detox that can help rejuvenate your body and mind.

  • Increase hydration. Water helps to flush out toxins and keep the body functioning properly.
